First of all , meet Winterboard app.

What is Winterboard?
WinterBoard is a free cydia app created by Saurik (Jay Freeman). Winterboard used to customize and transform the look of iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Winterboard runs in the background and handles everything from basic SpringBoard themes (Wallpaper, Dock, StatusBar, & Icons) all the way up to complete themes that customize the entire system UI (Buttons, Backgrounds, & Sounds). It’s been around since 2.x firmware until now.

How-to Install Winterboard?
To Install Winterboard on iPhone, you must jailbreak iPhone first. Then, search and install from Cydia: Winterboard app.

How-to Install Themes on Winterboard?
iPhone themes can be downloaded from Cydia or Rock and install it to iPhone. Select the themes in Winterboard app to activate the themes.

Once you have selected your favorite themes, exit Winterboard app by pressing home button to respring or tap “Winterboard” to go back to Winterboard app, then tap respring manually.
