Apple has just seeded the iOS 6 (build 10A403) to iOS developers.

Apple unveiled iOS 6 at the WWDC 2012 Keynote address. It includes over 200 new features including an all-new 3D Maps app, a new Passbook app, improved Siri and Facebook Integration.

Apple had seeded the first beta version of iOS 6 just after the WWDC keynote, the second beta version of iOS 6 on June 25th, third beta on July 16th and fourth beta version on August 6th.

The version means Golden Master version that it is the shipping version of the software that developers must use to submit their iOS apps that are compatible with iOS 6. This is the final version of iOS before they finally release it.

iPad 3 (the new iPad), iPad 2
