redsn0w 0.9.11b4 has been updated to add “downgrade ability” support for iPad2, iPad3 as well as iPhone4S. So, if you’ve been waiting to downgrade iPhone4S (or iPad3/2) iOS to older version, then your wait is over! Now you can downgrade iOS 5 on iPhone4S, iPad2, or iPad3 easily with redsn0w. A few things to remember, make sure that you have the SHSH blobs of the version you want to downgrade to (as always) and please BE AWARE if you rely on baseband unlock, DON’T USE THIS DOWNGRADE METHOD with redsn0w.

• SHSH Blobs is still required. This is not a “downgrade without SHSH Blobs” method, so do not expect to downgrade without having SHSH Blobs.
• You can locate SHSH Blobs locally or remotely
• Only use redsn0w 0.9.11b4 to downgrade, nothing else. For jailbreak or any other functions of redsn0w, you better download and use earlier redsn0w version Download redsn0w 0.9.10b8
