Getting tired of Newsstand taking up space on your home screen? Thanks to Filippo Bigarella, a well known iOS developer in the Jailbreak community, has released an app for the Mac called StifleStand allowing you to hide your Newsstand app into a folder and still use it as a normal folder. This folder acts the same as any other folder giving you the ability to rename & add more apps into the folder.
The following video shows how to easily hide Newsstand into a folder within a few seconds.
Step 1: Download StifleStand for Mac or Windows [COMING SOON]
Step 2: Plug in your iOS device running iOS 5 or higher. Do make sure that StifleStand detects your device.
Step 3: Find the Newsstand folder on your device.
Step 4: Click the Hide Newsstand button on StifleStand.
Step 5: You will now see your Newsstand app icon disappear and turn into a folder labeled ‘Magic’. [You can rename it to your liking]
