Besides revealing the iPhone 4S Specification and iPhone 4S pricing details (for US), Apple announced the iPhone 4S availability starting October 7th pre-order and October 14th will be available in retail stores. In several countries, iPhone 4S will be sold with contract, while the others will sell unlocked iPhone 4S, or offering to unlock iPhone 4S of customers with additional charge.

On October 14th, iPhone 4S will be available for sale in these countries:

United States
Canada
Australia
United Kingdom
France
Germany
Japan

October 28th, iPhone 4S will be started to sell in other 22 countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

By December 2011, over 70 countries and 100 carriers will be able to sell iPhone 4S, which claimed by Apple to be the faster rollout ever.
