iPhoeItalia claimed to have a confirmed release date of iPhone 5 from a very reliable source. The source is the senior executive of Swisscom, a major mobile service provider/network in Switzerland.
They claimed that they had already secured a contract with Apple regarding the iPhone 5’s distribution method.

The source also said that Apple will have the iPhone 5 released on September, and probably start to be available in the United States and most countries like Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
