First of all, you must have DreamBoard app from Cydia, it’s a Winterboard alternative for iPhone theme changer app. If you already have Dreamboard, follow the steps below to install OS X Lion Ultimatum iPhone Theme:

1. Open Cydia
2. Add cydia repo: http://fnetdesigns.com/cydia/repo
3. Once added, search and install on Cydia a package called Theme Outlet.
4. Once installed, launch Theme Outlet app from iPhone/iPodTouch Homescreen and find OS X Lion Ultimatum theme.
5. Download it and select it on DreamBoard when the download finished.
