R-SIM Rgknse Sim Card Promises to Unlock iPhone 4S

Last week, we got a new gevey-sim alternative called TPSIM Interposer that claimed to be able to unlock iPhone 4S baseband 1.0.11, 1.0.13, and 1.0.14. Since no reliable source confirming its unlocking capability, we don’t recommend you to buy TPSIM Interposer.

Meanwhile, we got another company selling similar stuff, R-SIM Rgknse. Eacuspplier Inc claimed that R-SIM Rgknse will be able to unlock iPhone 4S, as long as you are on iOS 5.0 or iOS 5.0.1. Is the only thing you need to unlock iPhone 4S, no matter what on what baseband version you are?

This R-SIM card can only unlock iPhone 4S iOS 5.0 – 5.0.1 for the GSM or WCDMA SIM cards. Not with CDMA SIM cards. It doesn’t work with any iPhone 4 for all basebands (includes upgrade to iOS 5.0.1).

So, R-SIM basically a simple tool to unlock iPhone 4S baseband 1.0.11, 1.0.13, and 1.0.14 as they claimed. But, who knows the truth? It could be just another scam artist of iPhone unlock scene.

When I checked out the company’s website through GoDaddy’s whois service, it shows that this website hide their ‘legitimate’ company address and the website is just about 2 months old. Would you ever trust such website?

EachSupplier’s website is just about 2 months old (when I write this article), so I have no doubt they have no history record. It COULD be just a scammer creating fake website, fake pictures, fake video reviews then spread the news that they would be able to unlock iPhone 4S. Time will tell.
