How to Tether Jailbreak FINAL iOS 6 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, & iPod touch 4th Generation

iOS 6 was just released to the public and many are still debating on wether or not to update due to the fact they will lose their Jailbreak. Well, we got some slightly awesome news for you! A TETHERED Jailbreak is now available just hours after iOS 6′s public release! Currently, this Jailbreak only works on A4 devices or earlier. This only meaning those with an iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, & iPod touch 4th Generation can take advantage of this TETHERED Jailbreak. Do note this is a little different type Jailbreak having you to do a few extra steps than your normal click to Jailbreak method. Don’t worry, it is still fairly simple! Step 3: Extract the contents of the downloaded compressed file and save it to a familiar location on your PC or Mac.
Step 4: Run the executable Redsn0w file, making sure to run in administrator mode if using a Windows based machine. If you are on Mac OS X, simply open up Redsn0w
Step 5: Select the Extras option from the main menu of the Redsn0w and select Select IPSW and point it to your downloaded iOS 6 IPSW/firmware.
Step 6: Go back and select Jailbreak.
**Due to this being a TETHERED Jailbreak, the following Steps 7-9 will need to be done each time your battery dies or you must restart your iDevice**
Step 7: When the Jailbreak is processed, go back into Redsn0w and select Extras.
Step 8: Put your iDevice into DFU mode [Simultaneously hold Home/Power button for 10 seconds. Let go of Power while STILL holding Home button for another 7-8 seconds]
Step 9: Once put into DFU mode, click on Just Boot.
These next steps will install Cydia on to your iDevice
To install cydia, follow the steps below:
The following steps to install Cydia is done using Terminal on Mac. You can use the same commands on Windows using a SSH program like WinSCP.
Step 10: Make sure your device is connected to your PC or Mac. Start Terminal on Mac and type:
ssh root@<IP address of your device goes here>
Step 11: It will now prompt you to enter the root password. Type: alpine
Step 12: Once done, type:
wget -q -O /tmp/cyinstall.sh http://downloads.kr1sis.net/cyinstall.sh && chmod 755 /tmp/cyinstall.sh && /tmp/cyinstall.sh
